Hello Pretty!
Who doesn't love a good white canvas for summer? White blouses are so pretty up against a nice new tan and the possibilities of how to style white tops for summer are endless. We've styled two different white tops, from Boho Pretty, two different ways. It's easy to mix and match the different options, but always good to consider what the top looks like to begin with.
For example, style and cut of the top, the length of the shirt, the neckline, other details that make the top stand out on it's own, and of course the vibe that you are feeling. Are you going for a classic chic look, a bohemian style, or preppy look? Are you trying to dress it up or dress it down? You want to make sure that however you style it, you don't add anything to compete with what's already going on with the top (like the details), but add accessories that compliment the top as well as enhance your own
personal style.
Let's get started with this darling little top and all of it's gorgeous detail from lace insets to a ruffle trim. We styled our Butercup Baby Top with two of our favorite jewelry designers that we carry at Boho Pretty. The idea here, pops of turquoise against the white. I don't think there can be anything that screams summer more than white with turquoise. We paired it with our Turquoise Shield Earrings by Sparkle Farm and a turquoise and wooden bracelet by Jewelry Junkies along with dark skinny jeans by Cello for an effortless chic look. I feel like this outfit looks classic, yet earthy and a little preppy bohemian.
Calling All Boho Babes for this next look. This top has been a fan favorite. Living In Eyelet Only $30 and you can get this entire look from Boho Pretty (excluding the shoes) for under $100. We love the eleyet material and of course ruffle sleeves on this little pretty. I decided to go with bold pops of color and bohemian print with the bohemian embroidered clutch. The wooden handle brings in an earthy contrast and goes well with our newly restocked and back by demand wooden earrings.
Both have a bohemian feel while one is more subtle than the other and both play with color and are anchored by a dark base. What's your favorite way to style a white top for summer?
